Since it wasn't mentioned, this release fixes the white background issue in the explorer tree area on WIndows 10 v1809 and higher. However, skins designed for Windows 10 before SkinStudio had settings for those colors will still experience the issue. Any of my skins still having that issue will be updated over time.

This update borked my browser, Opera. After upgrading to 10.8 I got a page crash every time I opened it. Also all my extensions were disabled and had to be manually reloaded, and this happened every time I opened the browser. Fonts were also changed and other features didn't display properly. When I rolled back to 10.6 all these problems went away and everything returned to normal functioning. I remember that there were similar problems with 10.6 and Firefox which were never fixed, I made a thread about that a few years ago.

Any ETA for when 10.8 is going to be fixed? Taskbar buttons bad. Clock text showing up dark in some skins. Would like an estimate on a fix.

I have not seen reports of the clock text issue?

The taskbar buttons thing has been resolved in an internal build though.

Link please.

It's a wandering thread:

(Lightstar mentions clock text in reply 10, "on some skins")

Short thread about taskbar buttons where Sean confirms (and I do see that Neil has that covered):

This thread is dated 5-14 so this isn't a new update. I assume, hope, that when a new update is available it will be clearly stated as such.

Airing out the problems like this can lead to confusion. I suppose tickets should have been opened on any issues.

I await an updated version of WB.

Sorry if this is the wrong place to post.   Move it if desired.   Since the recent update I have a red box covering the "X" on the "Preview Pop up Close Button".   It's the same on every WB and don't have a clue how to fix it.

Open an Administrator level Command Prompt and type sfc /scannow and press enter, when it completes reboot and check things.
